RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our return and refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
- To handle your return, we require a receipt or other evidence of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Only the following situations qualify for partial refunds.
- Anything that, for reasons other than our fault, is broken, missing parts, or not in its original condition.
REFUND:
Following receipt and inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. Additionally, we will notify you if your refund has been accepted or rejected.
Your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method automatically within a specified number of days if you are accepted.
MISSEN OR LATE REFUNDS:
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, check your bank account again.
Next, contact the company that issued your credit card. The posting of your refund may take some time.
After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ITEMS FOR SALE:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
TRADE:
Only damaged or defective items are replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@muhamedsdisposables.us

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the cost of your return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate via mail.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will refund them and notify them of your return.
RETURN SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for shipping if you wish to return an item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
